Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (A$12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (orders over A$50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our premium men’s casual wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our polo shirts, t-shirts, or other apparel, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on men’s tank tops once the original packaging has been opened.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Options
We’re happy to exchange your item for:
- A different size of the same product
- A different color of the same product
- Store credit for the full value of the returned item
Damaged or Defective Items
